  URGENT:24P advanced PAL settings project possible?

  I want to open a new project in PP2 with 24P PAL settings. Though I see only the possibilty for 24P NTSC.
  Is this an extra PLUGIN i need?
  Explanation: I have made a film, that will play on worlds biggest festival, but I have to finish that in 2 days.
  I discouvered yesterday that the material (24 P recorded) actually is in a standard premiere PAL project, 768 bij 576 upper field.
  What happens now, is that it is dropping frames (and shocking) (I think because of the project settings).
  It looks like the timeline is correcting the frames it misses or the frames it has extra… Sometimes there are only half frames etc…
  CAN PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME?
  I am getting hopeless
