    URGENT!!! Avid Attic question!!!

    I am trying to import files from the attic. I find the correct bin and find diles the are called “14 file” 20 file and so on. I beleive that these are the autosave files. I copy to desktop and try to import and it wont. Please tell me what i am doing wrong!! project is over half done.

    The files correspond to your Avid bins. Move the copy (renamed as XXXX back-up or .bak) into the same folder as the other files/bins for the actual project. Then inside Avid, choose “open bins” and navigate to that copy. The bin should open and be part of your project after you save.
