  • Upscaling SD to HD: ProRes or ProRes LT?

    Hi,

Just got another Q, that goes kind of hand in had with my previous one:
When I’m up scaling SD to HD material in Compressor, is ProRes LT enough
    Quality Codec?
Since it’s a heap of footage it would save lots of space.
And I wonder, how much the difference on SD material can be?
When I did tests a while ago in HD with difference mates in PS, it was minimal even there.

    Thanx.

    Greetings,

if you are taking this into a grade, then 422 would be the minimum,
    LT wont be good enough.
