upgrading trial version to purchased DVD version
I’m an occaissional G5 user. I’m on FCP. I downloaded the trial version of Red and liked it. I purchased the DVD for the permanent install. Boris sales said to first uninstall the trial version. As an occaissional Mac user I don’t know how. There is no uninstall program on the purchased disk…will appreciate anyone’s help. Dumb in Yorba Linda.

If you simply delete the application from the Applications menu you should be fine. If you really want to do a complete clean of the product from the system before you reinstall from the DVD then please feel free to contact our support department and a technician will walk you through the process.
