  Upgrading to FCP5 from FCPHD on 10.3.9 – Disaster free advice?

  Hi,

  I have FCP HD 4.5 installed now on 10.3.9.

  I need to make the move to FCP5 but will not be moving to Tiger for quite some time. Do I just upgrade to FCP5? How?
  Or should I remove FCP HD 4.5 somehow first and install it cleanly.

  Please advise. I see alot of disaster stories mentioned below..
