Upgrading to FCP vers 5.1.2
Hi all – Happy New Year!
I’m currently running FCP vers 5.0.4 on my Mac. I’ve downloaded the v5.1.2 upgrade but a warning during the installation says I can only upgrade an existing 5.1 version.
Can I directly upgrade to 5.1.2 from 5.0.4? (I’m not pressing the go-ahead button until I can be sure that it won’t mess up my system!). Thanks. -

No.
If you are in Scotland the you have until March 19th to send off your Install disk to be exchanged for the paid upgrade:

Thanks for that Paul. Have just packaged up the original discs, paid me money, and look forward to the Crossgrade discs arriving.
