Upgrading 6.0.1
I’m running FCP 6.0.1 on a Dual 2.5 Ghz PowerPCG5 with 6.5 GB DDR SDRAM- are there any upgrades I can get- and will I be able to open an FCP version 6 project cut on an Intel computer? Thanks

6.0.6 is the last updated version of FCP 6.
FCP 6 is universal, that is, it works on both PowerPC and Intel. So, any FCP project cut in version 6 will work, any project cut on version 7 will not. You would have to create an OMF in FCP 7 if you want to cut it in version 6.
