Upgrades/downloads?
How do I know if there is a current patch/upgrade or dowload for my MC system? I’m running MC 3.5, but it’s not hooked up to the internet… so, I would have to download the upgrade. I searched my products on the Avid site… and there’s nothing there. I keep getting an error message -“End of file reached – while trying to do my video mixdown before export. Trying to work this issue out… but nothing I do seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Media Composer 3.5 goes up to 3.5.9. There’s also 3.5.4 and 3.5.1

What platform are you running? What machine and what OS?
Not that I would know, but one could look up the recommended machine/OS for the version of MC. I would assume 3.5.9…but I hate to assume.

MC 3.5, Avid Mojo, Windows XP 32bit service Pack 3. NVidia Quadro FX 1500, Intel core 2, Quad CPU, Q9400@2.66 GHz, 2.67 GHZ, 3.24GB of RAM. I’ll see what it says for the 3.5.9… Thanks!
