You will have to get 64 bit versions of all your plug-ins – some are free, others have fees. Check with the developers of your plug-ins.

As Jim says, After Effects CS5 requires 64-bit plug-ins, so you can’t use older 32-bit plug-ins written for After Effects CS4.
