Upgrade or alternative to Panopticum Rulers?
I am making a timeline of events, and searching around on Google I chanced upon Panopticum Rulers , it looks just right for my needs, but one problem: this plug-in hasn’t been updated since 2003, and it doesn’t work on CS5.5. Is there any alternative (or upgrade) to this (Windows)?

I know that Particle Illusion had a bunch of presets that did provide elements of the same sort.
Also, there are a bunch of pre-made projects that you can purchase that will enable you to change the parameters here:
