• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  updating to FCP studio 2

  I’m running into a problem updating from FCP 5.1.4 to FCP 6. Everything seems to go well at first but after inserting Audio content 1 disk, I’m asked to insert the Final Cut Studio disk. Then it tells me there is a system error. I’m afraid to keep starting over, because it looks like I’m installing the application over itself. Any thoughts on how to finish this install? I’m on a powerbook G4 1.5 GHZ. I’m only installing FCP, soundtrack pro and Live type on this machine.
