  Updating Premiere sequence in AE.

  Wasn’t sure which forum to put this in, but I’ll start here.

  I’ve been importing a lot of premiere projects into AE because of keylight and a couple other things that AE allows us to do on export instead of using Premiere.

  After I import a Premiere project in, is there anyway to update a sequence that was fixed in Premiere?

  Say I have a 5 minute video and I need to replace the third clip. I replace it in Premiere… now what? The only thing I found that works is just reimporting the project, which takes a bit of work.

  Any suggestions?
