Update FCP 7 on Yosemite
Hi folks, just in case anyone’s interested:
Otherwise working very successfully with huge fcp 7 multi-angle project on Yosemite on my iMac (32GB RAM), I am noticing fcp is having a hard time quitting, regardless whether I save-then-quit or quite and save on prompt.
Any explanations out there? It hasn’t lost me any project files but sometimes it’s scary…

You are running older software on an unsupported OS. Funkiness is bound to happen. Best solution is to partition your hard drive and install an older, supported OS on that partition. Unless the computer you have doesn’t support the old OS. There’s that issue too.
