update camera software/cards

Cards have to be updated by Sony but this should not be req’d. PMW-500, 350/320, EX1R and F3 Cameras are updated by downloading firmware and loading into camera from SxS.

Ok thanks.. don’t see anything in the manual about the actual settings and procedure ?
