Up the Green channel
I have a Green Screen Shot that is very hard to get a clean key. here’s the exact color of the GS:
R:64
G:100
B:50This is actually way better than I usually get though. i am usually handed something within the range of:
R:39
G:57
B:35What would be the best way to up only the green screen without upping the green throughout the entire image? thanks in advance.

If the overall color balance looks okay, I’d look at increasing the saturation – this will bring out the color a bit more.
