Unwanted Matte Boundary Shifting
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? The size of the matte is correct, it’s just offset from the shape for some reason! There are no effects applied to the matte and/or matted object besides “Set Matte.”

Turn on Collapse Transformations on your vector layer, it should make it behave as you want.
