unsupported resolution on media composer
My avid media composer at work keeps showing me an error message of unsupported resolution. It happens in both old projects as well as new projects. I am not the only editor that uses this system, so I do not know how the problem started.
I deleted all of the msm files on all of the drives, but the error is still there. I am ready to uninstall and reinstall MC, unless someone else has any other ideas on how I can correct this problem.
I appreciate any and all help on this issue.

Could be a bad user setting. Try creating a new user. Does the error occur with other users? If it does, close Avid, search for “MCState” and delete them (should be 1 for each user), restart Avid.
