Unsupported format or damaged file, error message in CS6
Hello, I am trying to open a CS6 project with red clips mainly. I never had a problem before, but now the media is off, when I try to get them clips back I get this message:
“Unsupported format or damaged file”
These clios were shoot 4 years ago with a Red one, I never had a problem opening them in CS6, it´s just now, I am wodering if I am missing a code or something like that.
do you guys know how to solve this?
