It would help if you mentioned which plug-in and version/platform, etc., you are referring to…

July 26, 2006 at 7:59 pmThe plugin is at “www.revisionfx.com/rstwixordownloads.htm” It is a test I am trying todo for a slo-mo spot. This Plug-in suppositly will create a frame to insert between interlaced frames for 30 fps of 60 fps slo-mo so you do not have the blur or jumping that occurs when not using a high speed camera. I looking to get a nice flid slo-mo shot of a object falling with out that object flickering, blurring or juming from One frame to another. I will be shooting with the Varicam @ 60 fps. Any help or Ideas would be awesome.
Thanks Bobby -

July 26, 2006 at 10:42 pmErrr… are you actually trying to import the plug-in file for the demo? If it’s a plug-in, you need to put it in AE’s plug-ins directory. Check the instructions that came with the plug-in to be sure of where you’re supposed to put it.
If that’s not the case, please be more specific about the steps you are taking that lead up to the error.
Also, After Effects 7.0 Pro has a more advanced time-warping engine in the program (which is actually based on ReVisionFX’s technology, if I remember correctly) which does what you describe. You may not need the plug-in at all.
