unspecified drawing error!! – what is this? please
Working with a PC with AE 7.0 I have a project with keylight applied to knock out a green screen…also applied a mask to the file…
when i go to render a QT movie with alpha plus rgb and millions of color plus it gives me a defective render and says unspecified drawing error!
any ideas what this is?
Just to further clarify..it does not abort the render…the render produces a finished .mov file..but the movie is defective with numerous rendering errorsany help would be appreciated

just to update the problem…seems that this project renders fine in AE 6.5…it is only in 7.0 that a problem exists…

I have the same problem.
I am running AE7 with the Keylight filter from AE6.5 and get the same results as you Stan.
Have you gotten any anwers yet? -
i have the same problem too with AE7, using a AE6 project. I changed my nividia software preference to use AfterEffects on the QuadroFX3400. But its still screwing up. I have to clear my cache for everything to be ok.
I’m not at all impressed with the bugs in AE7.
Especially the RUNTIME errors.Think I’ll go back to combustion.
