Unrendered audiosuite plugin error
Posted by Mpres1981 on June 25, 2007 at 5:02 pmI am trying to export a 30 minute sequence out of an AVID MC running 2.7 on a G5 Intel mac. I am doing a quicktime export. I keep getting a “scanning for unrendered audiosuite plugins” message. Nothing is happening. Any thoughts? There are no audiosuite plugins in this sequence. The only audio is from the DV tapes with no EQ.

June 26, 2007 at 7:18 pmHi,
I was wondering if you find the solution for the un-rendered files. I’m trying to export a QT from a G4 laptop, running AXP 5.7 and the message i’m getting is that the DAE is unavailable.Any suggestions?

June 26, 2007 at 8:11 pmCan you try opening the Audio Suite Tool anyway? This might make it happy.

March 24, 2009 at 12:31 pmHi, folks. Well, here it is two years later and Avid apparently still hasn’t fixed this “unrendered audio suite files” bug. I just got MC3.0 and I am having the exact same problem on export from a timeline with no Audio Suite fx. Weirdly, Avid will export in certain codecs (MPEG-4 doesn’t seem to be an issue) but hangs up on this error message on others.
Is merely turning on the Audio Suite plug-in the answer to this?
Anyone?

December 1, 2009 at 10:59 pmUnfortunately, I’m also here to add that Avid version 3.5 also has this problem. I’m finding myself exporting my timeline in a format that doesn’t trigger this error and then bringing it into compressor to get it in a format that I want. Fortunately, I’m exporting to a lower rez format for streaming.
There are no AudioSuite plugIns used in my timeline and it is another notice that comes up when that’s the issue (you’re exporting and when Avid stumbles on a section that has an unrendered plugin, well, a message comes up and the export is aborted, while you’re having lunch and expect your QT to be finished when you come back, arg!)
So if anyone can help us, thanks a bunch,
😉
