    Hi there,

I’ve got a 29.97 quicktime on which I want to perform a reverse telecine and obtain a 23.976 clip. It’s got some visible interlacing but in a pulldown pattern I don’t quite recognize. Basically, every second frame seems to contain a feild from the frame before it and the frame after. And these before and after frames are progressive. So if I had to put into an ABCD structure, it would go something like:

AA, AB, BB, BC, CC, CD, DD, DA, AA, etc.

I’m trying to use Cinema Tools to reverse telecine, what field pattern (if any) can I use? I’m fearing that the answer is painfully obvious…

    Thanks much!
