    Unlock Code wont work

    Hi All,

    I have got 3DI Pro (3.01) and l am trying to upgrade to 4.05 but my unlock code for 3.01 won’t work with 4.05 is this a known problem and have new unlock codes been issued or am l making a fundermental error!

    I believe there is a charge to uprade from 3.x to 4.x. You should receive a new code when you upgrade.
