Unknown Volume…
So many things are going wrong today…
On two of my edit suite over the last week in the middle of an edit when i am just saving it comes up with an error: unknown volume…
any ideas? -

Have you run your disks through the Disk First Aid yet?

Search here and on apple.com FCP forum for “volume not found” and unknown volume. Lots of possible causes and suggested solutions.
Often it’s a simple first aid-repair permissions issue but you should begin taking immediate steps to protect your projects. BACK THEM UP.
