I can’t see your screen shot because the link no longer works. You should post screen shots using the COW so that they don’t get lost. Like this:

The files don’t need to be converted as they are still video files. OS X is just confused as to what they are so it is wrongly guessing that they are executable. Without seeing the screen shot it’s hard to be more specific s to what to do next.
