Uninstalling FCP 7
Posted by Noam Osband on April 3, 2019 at 8:06 pmI finally updated to Mojave. RIP FCP 7. I loved you.
How can I safely uninstall the program and the creative suite? I use the app AppCleaner but it doesnt seem to work with FCP 7. Or at least it’s not showing up for me.
Thanks!

April 3, 2019 at 8:12 pmI’m guessing this is safe or you wouldnt have recommended it? I can also be targeted between 7 and X? Just checking.
Thanks for the quick response….

April 3, 2019 at 8:15 pmI’ve used it…and many MANY other products Digital Rebellion puts out. I am even friends with the guy who makes them. Yes, it’s good. It gets all of the files that are scattered throughout your system. And yes, separate options for FCX and FCP 7.
And it’s free.

April 3, 2019 at 8:17 pmLast question: it seems like what I want to do is All Final Cut Studio/Express. That seem right? Those are all the apps Mojave tells me I can’t use. But I’m also tempted to just check them individually and choose “Maximum compatibility.” Thoughts?

April 3, 2019 at 8:18 pmDo you have FCExpress installed? I’d just check the one I have installed.
