uninstall / install issues
As I have suffered with the ac3 codec support problem after 1803 Windows 10 latest update, and, as up to now there has been no solution for it, I had to restore Windows 10 to recover my editing process.
It was ok – now AC3 audio from Panasonic GH camera is playing normal with my desktop (14.3) and notebook (15 Beta3), but I can not uninstall Resolve 14.3 and install 15 Beta 3. Both attempts are stoped by the attached message.
As my computer software knowledge is very limited, I really I don`t know what`s going on, just guess the installer is missing from my computer after I restored Windows to a earlier version. The source in the box seems not exist in my computer anymore.
Note that this atached message shows up when I try to uninstall Resolve 14.3 and also to install version 15 Beta 3.
Please let me know what to do to recover my system normal behavior regarding installation and uninstallation of both Resolve software versions.
