Unidentified Error
Hello all, its been a while since I posted, so everything was going good til now that is.
I just upgraded my computer, b/c I was having problems with certain effects. I could have sworned I checked with the system requirements and purchased what I could. But I haven’t been able to capture since. I’m working with the Express Pro 5.2.4 version
But I tried to batch capture at first, and I received the “unidentified error has occurred” message. I tried to capture without the TC and without batch capture, and still the same message. Can anyone help?
Windows Xp 2002 version
Service Pk2
Intel Core 2
6300 1.86 Ghz
1.98 GB Ram
Radeon X550 video card -

My guess is your problem lies with your video card. Here are the Xpress Pro system requirements…
