‘unfurling’ cc sphere
Hi guys,
Happy holidays! Just wondering – I’ve got a world map that I’ve applied cc sphere effect to, and I’m trying to find a way of ‘unfurling’ this sphere back into a 2D shape. So it goes from the sphere and unravels to take up the entirety of the screen as a flat rectangular shape over the space of a couple of seconds…
Can anyone think of a way of doing this?

A relatively good alternative is to use Optics compensation with reverse compensation.
