    unexpected quit..

    Hi all,

    i just started working with motion 2.
    i made a project with about 25000frames.
    strengely, motion quits and compressor fails
    when i export/render at the last 2 percent.

    even with a still image sequence!!!!

    but if i split the render into 2 pieces,
    everything’s fine…..

    so: is there any render limit i should know of??

    What resolution are you exporting to? And are you exporting a still image sequence, or have you imported one (or both)?

    I’ve been having Motion crash almost predictably doing simple composites and fades while rendering out to 1920×1080 animation.

    Hi,

    well the reason was: GLOW
    i applied the effect to a video layer that scaled from full screen to smaller and back…

    result was: corrupted frames in the video while scaling, and the crash..
    GLOW removed, everythings fine….

    hmmm
