Understanding Stop-Motion editing with FCP

I will probably be working with AE for the image sequences and export a final format for FCP.
About the whole production workflow, we did it in DSRL with higher resolution mainly because the concept of the film requested this reescaling in post-production. Basicaly, because it was impossible to control what was in the scene.

Anyway, I think that I understood what I needed for this specific moment!
