    Since this question seems to come up quite a lot among users new to Fusion, especially those coming from layer-based compositors like After Effects, I have put together this short tutorial:

    This can certainly be a confusing topic for users who are coming from an environment like After Effects, but I think it’s pretty easy to grasp once you understand the fundamentals.
