uncompressed QT – problem with fields
I am trying to convert a dv pal video (originally made in after effects as a composite of dv footage and photoshop stills) into an uncompressed 8-bit quicktime file for the best quality projection from a laptop.
The stiller parts of the image appear super-sharp, much better than the original, but I don’t know how to get rid of the interlacing seen on the fast moving video elements.
I’ve tried both changing the sequence settings to uncompressed QT and exporting from a dv pal sequence (with progressive scan option) using quicktime conversion to uncompressed QT with the deinterlace option on, but this looks no better than dvpal.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!
