  Unable to sync file-error message

  I have a Premiere project that’s finished and archived to another hard drive, however I keep getting a CC error message that it’s unable to sync the file.

  “Unable to sync zz_No_NR_20190131T162619.843879.sesx” The first half is my own filename, dunno what after it means. My name is zz_No_NR_2019

  The error message keeps popping up while working on another project and is annoying. Can’t figure out how to clear it or turn off the notification.

  No error codes are listed in the message so don’t know where to look.
