Unable to stop or delete job from Batch Monitor
Hello all.
I have a job that was submitted to Compressor (version 3.03)… standard settings for DVD Best Quality 120 minutes setting (MPEG-2 5.0 Mbps 2-pass). The job was exported from FCP as a (non-self-contained) reference movie.
When first submitted, Batch Monitor estimated the job at somewhere between 3-4 hours… when I returned after 4 hours to check, the time had actually increased significantly. This was the only application open on the system.
I’ve tried canceling the job in Batch Monitor; however, it will not cancel… will not delete! I’ve even tried shutting down my system totally and restarting the computer. If I open Batch Capture, nothing is there (good); however if I re-submit a job (say the a version of the same project, only this time exported from FCP as a self-contained movie), the old job then appears and (of course) the estimated time just keeps increasing.
Help?
