Unable to save video icon image.
Hello, my client is requiring an specific image for the thumbnail video file (mp4). I achieved to change the default image by copying the selected frame in quicktime/ right-click/get info/paste.
I also did it using the “set poster frame” in quicktime 7.
My problem is that whenever I send it via wetransfer or I just move the file to another folder the thumbnail changes to the default random image (always the same)
Is there any way to change and keep the thumbnail all the way through regardless with what software is it opened?
