    Unable to play 1920X1080 Uncompressed Footage

    Hi

    I am using Leopard Mac OS 10.5.5
    my QT version is 7.6.9
    I am unable to playback 1920X1080 footage.
    I basically want to convert it to Apple Pro res 422.
    I did try Mpeg Streamclip but it is unable to Playback this Footage.
    Please guide me through.

    Uncompressed 1080 HD footage will require a VERY fast hard drive array running at least 350MB/s

    What type of media array are you using?
