Unable to make an edit
There is probably something very basic Im not seeing but Im unable to made an edit with media in my source window.
This is my first venture into Premiere and am following along with a lynda.com tutorial. Im in the basic editing pod and the instructions are to make an overwrite – Im unable to. Once I grab the frame from the source monitor, the little hand turns into a ‘no’ symbol as it reaches the timeline.
I’ve tried making a new project and reimporting the media and that didn’t fix the problem. Any help is greatly appreciated!
