Unable to license BCC inside Vegas Pro 15
Posted by Bob Mark on September 6, 2017 at 2:43 pmHello. I am unable to make BCC work with the serial number I was given. It appears to accept it, then continues to show licensing info on screen. I have contacted Boris FX, but they have not gotten back to me about this. Any ideas? Thank you.

September 6, 2017 at 7:56 pmI do not have an answer for you just an FYI. I installed VP 15 Suite on my PC and all of my BCC Fx worked without having to input my serial number. Keep in mind that I purchased BCC Complete. If you are trying to use the BCC Units from a VP Suite upgrade, you may be having the same issue as others, including myself, which is Mercalli v4 that was included in the VP 14 Suite package will not work on the new VP v15 just v14 that it came bundled with. ProDAD is trying to figure out if they will give us a reasonable upgrade path or not.

September 12, 2017 at 3:13 pmHi Bob,
Could you send an email to my attention (just ‘Attention: Jon’ would be fine) to support@borisfx.com? I suspect this problem is connected to problems with one or more Serials/License Entries in place, but I would prefer not to discuss Serial specifics on a public forum.
Thanks.

October 4, 2017 at 6:28 pmI just installed the new build of Vegas 15 Pro (216) and the Boris 3D Objects Unit will still not register. It says the serial number is not valid. Can someone from Boris supply a correct serial number?
