Unable to Install Vegas Movie Studio
I have just bought Vegas Movie Studio 9 and have inserted the installation disc. The main menu comes up and the first option is INSTALL VEGAS MOVIE STUDIO. However, when I click on this, a message pops up that says THE VERSION OF VEGAS MOVIE STUDIO ON YOUR SYSTEM IS NEWER THAN THE VERSION BEING INSTALLED. PLEASE UNINSTALL THE EXISTING VERSION BEFORE REINSTALLING. I have gone though and uninstalled/deleted all traces of the trial version from my computer. But this message still pops up. What should I do?

Go further into your program files C:Program Files
and delete every single folder with the sony vegas name…
Then take a second to clean up your system with a cleaner
(i use ccleaner…www.ccleaner.com). Restart your system
and try your installation again.Steve Rhoden
