    Unable to install H.264 Pro Recorder on windows 7 – 64Bits home edition

    Hi! I am not able to install the Pro Recorder on my laptop, after I install Desktop Video 9, i connect the usb cable from the unit and it start’s “Installing device driver software” -> searching windows update and then it gives the following message: Failed

    Any ideias? on the mac I had no problem installing the device, and everything worked has expected, it even updated the firmware of the device.
