Unable to import footage…
Hi –
This may be operator error, but we recently took delivery on this camera and can’t seem to import into our Avid. Now, we are still running v1.1.1 on the Avid and I suspect that may be the problem…but I would rather kiss a badger than try to find this imformation on the Avid website…
Anyone have any ideas? Basically the error we get is; “This file format is not supported for import.”

Yep, sounds like an incompatible Avid version. Head on over to the Avid forum and see what you can dig up.

What Avid? If it’s XPress Pro HD, you need at least version 5.2.3 or later.
