  Unable to import .flv file to premiere cs4

  A search of the forum did not return a solution.

  Why do some .flv files from YouTube downloads import to Premiere CS4 fine, while others return an error msg saying: “Appears the file has no media data”

  When I convert the .flv file to an mpg or wmv format, the audio gets out of sync.

  Any suggestions, please? Thanks.
