Unable to edit sequence settings in CS6

I tried doing that. But the problem is while initially selecting the preset sequences of the original sequence, I accidentally kept it in DV. Although my footages are 1920X1080, taken in DSLR. Now, when I make a new timeline, copy and paste the previous timeline to the new one, the footages stays in 720X576. Is there any way out ?
