unable to capture movie
Ive just installed A Decklink HD card and am off lining a project using the DV Pal Codec – I’m using the latest Mac OS and the latest version of quick time and FCP but I’ve been getting eor messages saying that FCP is unable to read the movie file just captured. Ive tried easy set ups, changing the firewire protocols but it wont let me digitise (from a z1 and a DSR 45)
It may be nothing to do with the decklink!

Hi Sean,
Please uninstall the DeckLink drivers and see if it makes any difference. There should be no reason why the DeckLink drivers would cause a problem with your Firewire captures however it would be worth retesting after running the Uninstaller.
