“Un-normalizing” all tracks
I have a project with hundreds and hundreds of audio clips and I accidently checked “normalize” on some of them. Is there a way to “un-nonmalize” all the tracks? The problem I am running into is that when you select multiple tracks and check “normalize”, all that does is toggle each clips state. If 4 tracks are normalized and 10 tracks aren’t, then if you select hem all and click normalize, you will now have 4 tracks “un-normalized” and 10 track normalized. It just toggles them. Is there a way to make all of them the same without having to click on every single clip and “un-normalize” them?

Copy the event of the state you want (in this case “un-normalized”) then select any and all of the events you wish to change and right click/paste event attributes. Unfortunately this will also copy over any effects of your first event as well so ideally the only thing you have done so far is change normalization.

Yup. You can do this in one click with VASST Property Assistant. It can set, unset, or ignore any property on any number of selected events. Just tell it to ignore everything except Normalize and turn Normalize off and it will do exactly what you want.
