  Ultrascope won’t launch

  Hi -I just got my BM 4K camera and I installed Ultrascope but it won’t launch -it gives me an error saying

  “it can’t configure the hardware”

  should it work with my NLE without hooking up the camera?

  Anyone know any advise?
