First I create the montage and it all looks good. If I decide to change something like the transition length, when I make the change in Ultimate S and hit Apply, it either creates a new track or adds a second montage to the existing track. Is there a way to simply make changes withour creating a second Montage?

Yes, you need to change the Image Source of your Photo Montage. There are three tabs: Timeline, Media Bin, and Filesystem. Change your source from Filesystem to Timeline to re-apply the Photo Montage to the images that are already on the timeline.

Not sure if you have seen this, but we have Ultimate S Photo Montage Tab Training on YouTube:

    Hope this helps,

Thanks John, I got it working. Also thanks for the video link, that will be a big help. Ultimate S Lite is exactly what I was looking for to make slide shows to music, it makes it fast and easy. I’m taking it a little further and mixing in video.

Video works equally as well. I’m glad that helped.
