Two quick UI questions
1) Is it possible to pan around in the preview window? Usually I view at half-size and I can see the whole image, but sometimes I need to look closely at the full-size, which is too big to fit in the preview window. It comes in centered, and I haven’t figured out how to pan around the preview window to look at the edges of the image. I have a feeling I’m just being stupid… but on the other hand, there are no scroll bars.
2) Is it possible to change the background color of the Sony Vegas application itself? I’m working in a dark room with the lights off, and currently working with dark footage, and the bright gray background is quite fatiguing and makes it difficult for me to focus on the dark footage.

About the colors.
Go to Preferences, Dispaly
There you uncheck the box to use windows colors instead of the gray Vegas color scheme to draw the Vegas window. In other words,
clear this check box to use your Windows theme.
