Reason I tried Gang is I could not figure out how to make multiclip work.
I think what I want is Modify > Make Multiclip Sequence, right? Don’t know what to do to get it un-ghosted so I can click on it.
Thanks much again,

August 19, 2010 at 8:14 pm“Sequence” just automatically makes a new sequence and puts the clip on there for you. You can do this.
All need to be working with the clips in the bin, the master clips. Since you have them sync’ed in a timeline, select clip on v1 do a match frame set on in point, this is on the master clip not in the timeline. Then do the same with the clip on v2 but make sure you do not move the playhead. The in the bin select both clips and Make Multiclip Seq. sync by In point.
This will open up the new seq with the clip on it. Make sure that Multiclip playback is enabled. In the viewer make it 4 up, Sync set to open. Now your canvas will show the current/active angle but the viewer will have both angles up and will play in sync.
Take a look at the manual for the way to edit live and when stopped. The one thing that gets people the first time out is the difference between “switch to angle” and “cut to angle” you want “cut to…” when editing, “switch to” is like a practice run, once you stop it does back to the way it was.
